These Terms govern your use of Lux, a self-hosted AI marketing operations platform operated by BEM Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or connecting an integration, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal authority to bind the entity you represent (if any), and not be barred from using the service under applicable law.
Lux is provided to specific operators by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Lux connects to third-party services (Google, Microsoft, Meta, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, etc.) via APIs you explicitly authorize. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or pricing on those platforms.
Lux includes AI assistants that draft copy, generate ads, summarize emails, and propose actions. AI output is informational and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it, paying for it, sending it to clients, or relying on it for decisions. We do not warrant accuracy, suitability, or non-infringement of AI-generated material.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Lux you acknowledge that policy.
Lux is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, freedom from bugs, or compatibility with every browser, OS, or device. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Pricing, if applicable, is communicated separately to each operator. Fees are billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice via email.
You may stop using Lux at any time and request account deletion via [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms us or other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEM Solutions LLC and its officers will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of Lux. Total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of Lux, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification and a notice on this page. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Harris County, Texas.
By providing your mobile phone number on a contact, quote, or appointment-request form operated by BEM Solutions LLC or its clients, and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from the relevant business regarding your inquiry (replies, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups).
